Commercial Space Available

• You will receive one (1) exhibitor pass for each 10 ft of paid contracted space
• Additional exhibitor passes and discounted general admission tickets may be bought on set up day of each show
• All exhibitors with passes will enter the show building thru a designated exhibitors entrance
• Management reserves the right to determine if a sound system may be used and, if so, the level of sound
• Security will be provided during the entire weekend including night guards
• Move In - Wednesday 2pm – 9PM, Thursday 9AM - 10PM  (with paid deposit) All trailers must move in on Wednesday by 4PM
• Move Out - No later than 12 midnight Sunday
• ** Deposit of 50% can be accepted within 30 days of show date
• # Include any other information we need to know (old spot, new spot, etc.)

Show Hours: 

Friday: 12pm - 10pm

Saturday: 10am - 10pm

Sunday: 10am - 6pm
