Vendor Fact Sheet - Tulsa
Commercial Space Available
- You will receive one (1) exhibitor pass for each 10 ft of paid contracted space
- Additional exhibitor passes and discounted general admission tickets may be bought on set up day of each show
- All exhibitors with passes will enter the show building thru a designated exhibitors entrance
- Management reserves the right to determine if a sound system may be used and, if so, the level of sound
- Security will be provided during the entire weekend including night guards
- Move In - Wednesday 2PM - 9PM, Thursday 9AM - 10PM (with paid deposit)
- All trailers must move in on Wednesday by 2PM
- Move Out - No later than 12 midnight Sunday
Show Hours: Friday: NOON-10 PM, Saturday: 10AM-10PM & Sunday: 10AM - 6PM.
